How do I enter Loch Tower?

First, you'll need to reunite Flora with her husband Alex. He'll then give you the location of the secret playground, which is just east of where Ragnar is in the picture below:

Enter the playground and follow the "Come this way..." voice to find the Flying Shoes.

Now use the Flying Shoes to enter Loch Tower.
